I had always mused that it would be great if somebody sat down and produced a site that had all the free flight sites on it. Such a site would be great as it would save time and all the distractions that links and surfing sometimes produce. Well Gregg Lane has been and gone and done it! The site now has a mail facility added which will keep you posted re additions to the list.
Free Flight Technical Committee (BMFA)
Details about free flight activities in the UK. Keep up to date with the UK free flight scene and have your say. A full results service for BMFA UK events is now included.
Jetex (US)
This site is run by Model Jet Planes in the US and gives up to date information on Jetex activities in the US and further airfield. A Mailing list is also available. This link will take you via the Free Flight Supplies selection of Jetex items to the site.
Rapier

The EZONE
This is the major US site for electric flight. There is plenty of useful crossover of technology between free flight and electric flight.

Old model flying magazines and books
A good stock of early English language magazines and books from around the world, are always available. Stock changes all the the time, but an e-mailed list of wants will obtain a reply with the current availability - or otherwise - of anything dated between 1920's and today!
Tired and bored in the UK with this side of the pond? Then take a look at what is happening in the USA. The NFFS site opens the window to free flight in the USA.

"The area has the notification of the use of Church Fenton at relatively short notice which is not a long enough lead time newsletters etc. With this in mind we have created a web site so that interested parties can update themselves as to what is happening. MSP PLANS Recreated and Drawn By Martyn Pressnell
Free flight supplies now include this fine collection of drawings by Martyn Pressnell to its range of products and services. In Martyn's own words. "MSP PLANS presents a collection of model aircraft designs from the vintage and classic eras, selected for their unique or unusual origins. They have been produced from original sources, photographs or sketches, recreating one or two models not previously published as plans. This has been done purely for the pleasure and satisfaction of doing so, and always to a high standard of presentation." You are invited to purchase copies of these plans for your own pleasure.
